The PN application process :
- Call or email [email protected] to sign up for a Spring 2023 TEAS test date conducted at Ben Franklin .
- Pay the non-refundable $70 TEAS test fee in person at Ben Franklin or online at the Ben Franklin Store.
- Fill out the Ben Franklin Career Center application and pay $100 application fee
- Fill out the Practical Nursing Application
- Send completed applications to Diann Wood at [email protected]
- Fill out the 23-24 FAFSA and put Ben Franklin's school code: 013732
- Return all required documents to Ben Franklin Career Center.
